AI Image Software?

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a source of software for embedding an
A.I.
image (like the old max headroom, or ananova - I believe) into a program.
Basically a head, that (maybe) moves and moves it's mouth in synch with
text-to-speech?
It should look more like j.lo than max!
