The hub and my apps have been running fine for ages. I added the x10
about 4 weeks back and everything was still fine. The only change has
been the slimconnector which does correlate with the turn slimconduit on
problem exists, turn slimconduit off problem goes away.
A few more bits of info
If i turn off the slimserver and then run the slimconnector then no
problems
If i kill the hub and run viewer as the hub with the slimserver and
slimconnector then viewer doesn't show the duplicate messages however
x10 picks up the double messages. Viewer shows messages as coming from
real ip addresses and not localhost
I know you switched xFx to empheral ports but viewer is still showing
ports numbered up from 3639.
One idea that i had was could the slim connector be running as a hub
client on the localhost but also be running as a hub on the network
card. That may explain why the local host uses a suitably high port 3647
and the network address uses the lower number of 3642?
Odd one this init!
