xap Speech

I tried the xapSpeech application and had no initial success. It turns
out=
that the application bound itself to my WAN adapter rather than to the LAN=
adapter. How it is configured to select the interface?
I also looked for the schema at various xap sites and could not find
anythi=
ng on tts.speak
I am also curious if the target address is needed and/or accepts wildcards.
