xapFramework Hubs

After a fresh install of all the xap goodies from the xapFramework.net on
a=
new hard drive I have not yet had success with either the service hub, gui=
hub, or the gui viewer acting as a hub. The console hub does work.
The service is started, but the xap network is dead.
When the gui hub is started then a message box hubgui.exe Common Language

untime Debugging Services appears with "Application has generated an

The gui viewer starts and the left panel shows the tree of xap nodes, but

he right message panel is blank. If I first start the console hub then
