My memory gets worse ! I see that I have already coded this and it seems
to be working !   I just tried it on a Z-Wave Fibraro dimmer and it
reports and is controllable from xAP.
It's about 6 months ago since I wrote this so I have a bit of an
excuse I guess.

Looks like I can get this to you quickly Martyn...  assuming no Vera 2 /
Vera 3 compatibility issues.
