Reading this when I'm not half asleep - there are two versions of the
bulbs=
, Hue Lux and Hue White and Colour ... The Hue Lux are the simple white
one=
s that dim and the Hue White and Colour dim and change colour. Both of
thos=
e, if turned off and then back on again, come on at full brightness white.

I presume the GU10 ones do as well as they are also intended as lightbulb
r=
eplacements - I.e. For illuminating rather than for accenting.

The Accent lights however (Bloom, Iris, Hue Strip) are not suitable for
ill=
uminating a room and therefore don't attempt to do so when they are turned
=
off and then on again ... My Bloom seems to come back on at what it was
las=
t set to - if it was on at a colour then it seems to come back on at that
c=
olour, if it was off them it seems to do a quick rainbow cycle and reverts
=
to off ... But as these are supposed to be accent lights then I think
that'=
s reasonable.
