Not a cbus user however I presume you are in UK.
Some advice from a utility worker.
Many REC or DNO's as thay are now known will offer every sort of assistane
short of help on low voltage problems.
You need to insist that they put in a voltage recorder say for a week. They
will be reluctant but just dont take no for an answer.
