Flush mount wall switches

Hi All,
Does anyone know of any flush mount wall (light) switches suitable for
installation in plasterboard walls?
240V "normal" Latch on/ latch off, or touch to toggle, would be
an
acceptable starting point.
Bonus points if they are RF / Xibee / similar.
