Keeping this short and simple...

The problem being described here can be reliably demonstated and
proven to be related to 'demigrator.exe' kicking in and doing it's
thing.

It's nothing to do with faulty hardware however there are hardware
combinations that seem to suffer from the problem more than others.

Unless you're streaming blu-ray then you are unlikely to see the
problem when streaming DVDs or even high bitrate audio.

It's something that a lot of people have seen, have proven what it is
related to and what causes it and should be straightforward enough for
Microsoft to fix...
