I'm sure it would be black rather than grey the XBMC builds are built
using
a knock off of the xbox SDK, there was an effort to build a free xbox SDK
but that was aimed at linux and not XBMC and as far as I know only resulted
in a BIOS. Anything built with the knock off xdk is technicaly illeagal

I got my last xbox from game for 9.99 with 2 remotes and a controller, I
had
a tenner on my game reward card so it was basicaly free 8D
