Don't know if this helps, but I use Google calendar to synchronise
calendars between two entirely separate Exchange accounts (my work & my
home Exchange servers), so I guess that even if you can only sync one
calendar with the phone, you could have this other process syncing the
two calendars and thus get much the same result? - it does require
Outlook to be running connected to each mailbox though, as it runs as an
outlook add-in.
