I was with them from 2001 or 2002 and they are superbly
reliable.=20=20
Support was fast and professional. However we recently had our=20=20
exchange updated to have sky/easynet on LLU. So i very reluctantly=20=20
changed to sky for broadband for an extra 2Mb/s down and 300k/up=20=20
bandwidth as well as saving =A315/mo. I was nervous, but it has
worked=20=20
out very well (including the Battlestar Galactica!). No hesitations=20=20
with Zen except from being slow to reduce prices.
