OK - if you have any suggestions for improving the help system or its
layout
then fine - email them to me offlist and I'll get them to the right people.

If what you're saying is "can we have a better help system" then
that
doesn't help (if you'll pardon the pun) as there's shedloads of information
in those help files and indexing it (and accessing it) through the MS help
system is always going to be a bit long winded ... Myself I don't have any
issues with it and can usually find the info I'm after to show someone
quite
quickly(rarely need it myself as you might expect).
