Hi ben,

=20

Cat 5 and mains cables need to be run 300 =96 500mm apart. If they are run
=
in
conduit or trunking, Then they can be run side by side.=20

Other may is to use a 2 or 3 compartment trunking, but it isn=92t cheap to
=
buy
(=A38 - =A310 per meter).

Hi All

Quick question.

I am just about to put some wiring on for my garage conversion. Now=20
is it OK to run CAT5 and Ring Main cable together in the same cable=20
runs. If not what sort of separation do I need?

Cheers
