I haven't actually got the movement sensors in place yet, my little'un
won't sleep without the upstairs hall light on of a night so it's just
controlled by a timer at present.
I have cabled for sensors, and plan to wire them into my homevision
eventually.
The one thing I will say is to remember that each X10 signal takes a
short time to send, for example:
1) Sensor triggers powerflash
2) powerflash sends X10 Command
3) X10 received by the CM11
4) CM11 Sends X10 to turn on light
You will be looking at a couple of seconds before the lights come on.
To reduce this delay you could set up the system like this:
1) Sensor triggers powerflash
2) powerflash sends X10 to turn on light
3) CM11 detects light on command and sends X10 to turn the light off
after a set number of seconds
Cheers
Steve
