Unfortunately those two aren't my specialist subjects, but I'll ask
around.  Alternatively try a few of the owners forums who should know.

On the A6 it is most likely to be in the parcel shelf or around the of roof
area, try testing down the centre of the roof from the front to the back of
the car.

On the RAV it will probably be under the dash or in the front of the roof,
based on the vehicle design.

At least the interference isn't so strong its killing the immobiliser as
well, otherwise they wouldn't even start.  You have a decent chance of
beating the interference if you can get close enough to the RF aerial.

Sorry I can' t be more specific at the mo.
