Cable Ties - Those throw away plasticky wirey ones?

Anyone know where I can buy a real of those throw away cable ties (The
sort that come wrapped around new cables or come with your sandwich bags
:-))?
Ideally on a real and in black. I've scoured CPC but can only find
"normal zip locking" cable ties? I just want some of those cheapy
plasticky wirey ones so I can store some cables away neatly :-)
