Have a look at Xlobby (www.xlobby.com). It's a free bit of s/w
"like"
MCE but without the PVR facility. It's got a skinnable interface so
you could make it look & function like your other Xboxes, and can be
run via a touchscreen. It will also do zoned audio, but you seem to
have that covered already :-)
