Out of the two packs I would be inclined to go for Bosch over DeWalt.
I am a DeWalt user of many years but the quality has dropped - talk
to any chippy or sparky and you will get the same view.  I still use
my 14.4v cordless driver but it is on it's last legs and I won't get
another DeWalt.  I have bought two other DeWalt drivers - the clutch
went on one after about 2 weeks and the variable speed broke after
about 6 weeks.  Hitachi make good cordless tools in their pro ranges.
Makita is another option.  Check out itslondon.co.uk as well for
price comparisons.

Mind you - I am talking about daily site use so for essentially DIY
use (and 18v) then it's probably all much of a muchness.  You should
get slighty better battery life from the bosch kit as it is 2.6amp
but, again, being at home and likely close to a charger you should not
have to worry.  To be fair it was only when my CI business moved on to
needing me to use the kit every day and increasingly on sites that I
noticed the shortcomings of DeWalt being a rebadged B&D.

It's only IMHO but I would not buy DeWalt from the US.  Apart from my
own experience I know too many other people whose kit has broken well
within the warranty periods and have had to have it replaced.  If the
same happens with you then you may have problems getting it replaced -
if you do then I would check the warranty T&C's very carefully as
there is no obligation for DeWalt dealers in the UK to handle kit
bought elsewhere unlike say, for instance, cars bought in the EU that
have to be supported by any main dealer in the UK.
