The set a DNS entry for "telephone" and point it to that
webserver.

Then on that webserver, set up a virtual server for that host
"telephone"
- and the default page can then redirect to your chosen ip:port

Don't know how it would detect the telephone bit?

I do have a general HA start page running on the default web server on IIS
on port 80.
