My PC was zapped by some virus/worm in Dec necessitating
hugely time-consuming re-build of OS, all apps, etc.
I have Norton Firewall + VirusScan both on full time +
with auto update enabled.
I also run a full system scan every nite.
Question is, is this daily extra workout for the disk
somewhat of an overkill to salve my paranoia, or does
it not really matter?
