The thick end of £15k :o I then have to have Comfort provisioned, and
sort out the multi-zone audio sources (eek). It's going to cost me an
arm and a leg, but hey, I'll enjoy walking with a limp and my darts
playing will improve :D
Don't even start on the garage that I need to have built...
