Re: [OT] Friday dilemma...

Firstly i must say its pretty sad when you have to air your company
dirty linen in a mailing list...........
Since you have i will give my 2 bobs worth.........ALL IMHO.....

from.
Quite correct ...lots of different angles......

mail

Reading between the lines...this is my thoughts on it (which could be way
off target)......
MD 30+ sees a letter addressed P+C to MD 60+........Gets totally paranoid
(thinks MD 60+ is pulling a swifty)...I think this is an age thing typical
of 30+ MD,S....... ;-)
OPens the letter to find it just a flyer from one of the
suppliers..............
MD 60+ is pissed off MD 30+ opened his letters becomes MORE arguementive
and
uncooperative................
> I become immediately suspicious of anyone that believes I cannot see
mail

Dont worry this will pass with time typical 30+ MD ...who believe the
cake
is all theirs and everyone is trying to get a piece of it..........;-)
> so I have to tread fairly carefully. Some
> relief comes from the fact that he's only got a couple of years till

This is also typical of 30 + MD,S who values their employees ....meaning
hes
worth 100 grand a year in income to the Company .........
Very cynical dont you think ???
Now i think Glenn Sullivans suggestion is the way to....................But
the problem there is the 60 + MD who brings is quite a BIG slice of the
work
...might take it with him and then the 30+ MD would really be pissed
off.......
