OT : Ebay Help please

Hi All

I wanted to see what a more experianced ebayer thought of this.

I had my iMac up for auction this morning. Now I stated in the auction

"Due to the number of non-paying bidders, I must insist that bidders
with, less than 5 feedbacks or recent negatives, contact me before
bidding. If not your bids will be cancelled.

Please also note that a bid is a legal contract to buy.

Please do not bid unless you are prepared to pay."

Now the winning bidder entered the auction in the last hour and only
has feedback of 3 and did not contact me.

Now the 2nd highest bidder had made contact with me before the end of
the auction to ask some questions, and I can see no reason that he is
not genuine.

What would you do?

1. Cancel the winning bidder and give a 2nd Chance Offer to the 2nd
place guy?
2. Wait and see what happens with the winning bidder?

Regards

Ben
