What's the extra cost per cable to run more than one at a time?

How much would it cost to put in, say, 10?

Or look at it another way. How much would it cost to put in an extra
cable in a couple of years time? If you have spacious conduit and access
to both ends it's less of an issue, as you can probably pull another
cable through later...

There are some cunning and simple cable marking schemes that you can
find in the archives, which you might want to investigate as well :-)
