Sounds neat David, unfortunately I'm stuck with Outllook though...  From my
research this morning it would appear that I may have to adopt a two
pronged approach to this. Most SPAM or email filter software seems to have
the ability to attach different disclaimers in different circumstances. 
The trouble is most seem to do it based on e-mail address or by picking up
some text or code within the e-mail.  The 'code' could be "Company
XYZ" in my example but how do I force individuals to always input the
company name.  A signature file doesn't work as the company name can change
with each sent email.
