No I don't want to encode .. but do I need to decode?

or is it convert?

Basically need to convert the ethernet info streamed from my server through
an RJ45 cable into audio through a phono plug.

So I guess the said item needs to have a input ethernet jack and output
audio jack ...

The Barix Exstreamer you gave me seems to be exactly what I want!

Is it any good? Anyone used it? Anyone used any other alternatives?
