I would agree with everything Rob said - but it's even worse! (at least,
according to the estate agent who recently valued our house).

Bottom line is, unless your property is in that "professional"
niche, most
people will see HA as a hinderence and it is likely to put them off the
purchase of the property.

People just don't know what they are missing!
