Hi All,

I have got a problem with my Shower/immersion heater, and all the plumbers
I
have phoned have never heard of a system like mine.

I have uploaded an image here:

http://www.futureflat.org/images/showerimage.jpg

Red = Hot water
Blue = Cold water

The hot and cold feeds near the center are for the shower. The cold is a
mains pressure feed, and the hot goes to the shower. Only the hot isn't
hot
:-( It stays hot for about 30 seconds, then just runs cold. Its DEFIANTLY
a problem at this end, cause the "hot" pipe feels cold when the
shower is
running.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this??

TIA

Stuart
