Re: XDA II - Bluetooth/WIFI ?

Doogie,

I suspect that if the cable is not the same as the XDA I then I would
either have to wait for one or buy a Bluetooth GPS. Going Bluetooth GPS
would actually give me the advantage that I could then have the bluetooth
GPS running off batteries, strap it to my shoulder/hat and be able to use
the PDA for walking about towns etc..

and SD slot but not Wifi or CF. Since I'm using the CF for a WiFi card in
the AXIM to access my Home WAP (for netremote), is there anything that
would allow me to connect Bluetooth the home network or would I have to use
a Wifi SD card ?

I've been tempted to get a Treo 600, but that's partly because I fancy a
complete change away from Pocket PC, so it's more of a novelty ;)

One thing I'd check - is there a cable available for your GPS unit
that's compatible with the XDA II ? If not, can you get a different one,
or are you looking at Bluetooth for GPS data?

Cheers
