:-)  Unfortunately it's one of those eletrical items that buying online
isn't ideal for.  I'd rather see the quality of the picture. Although in
some of the stores I wonder why they've even powered them on - such was the
poor quality of the picture!

Maybe I'll have a second look.

ANy 1/2 assed 100Hz set will look good with film sourced DVD, because its
naturally a single field, that has just being broken into 2 or 3 fields.
Put
them back together and you have a good solid picture with no artifacts.

The reason sports look so bad on some 100Hz is because its all video
sourced, so
you have 2 interlaced fields which do not add together to give a solid
picture.
You need to have something high motion, thats coming in from an interlaced
camera to see the issues with lousy 100Hz processing, and believe me, there
is
some shocking stuff.
