Well I have builders starting my new home in 6-8 weeks time and now I
need to make some serious decisions on HA equipment for the new home.

I was initially going to use X10 for lighting because I knew it well and
was used to the system but am now leaning towards C-Bus or Dynalite
because of it=92s superior reliability yet I have had no X10 problems with
my current system. I am also doing some thinking in terms of HA
controller and am leaning towards either the Comfort or Omni Pro II. I
will also be using HomeSeer within the environment which I already own.

I would be very keen on peoples thoughts and advice on these choices of
products =96 I know being a UK forum people tend towards comfort ( I am in
NZ and both the Omni and Comfort systems are available here ) and full
integration of Dynalite and C-Bus to the Omni is close for Australia and
NZ.

So people your thoughts and advice is welcomed

Thanks
