Vigor email notification

Hi All.
I'm trying to setup my Vigor to send email alerts to my work email address.
I have tried various settings in 'mail alert setup' under Mail-To,
Return-Path and SMTP server but nothing seems to be working. Can I ask if
anyone has got this working and how they've set it up. Thanks in advance.
