booted, snagless etc etc describe the different ends on the cables.
snagless for example has a little hood over the release catch to avoid it
getting snagged when pulling it through the inevitable rats nets of wires
in your node 0.

If you're running any great distance I wouldn't get ready made cables, it
will work out cheaper in the long run, especially when you are ready to
chase the cables into walls & run under floorboards :-)
