They are advantageous only if better coverage and higher current handling
are required. However, the TM12 latching relay makes a big thump when
switching whereas the TM13 is almost silent.

We have sold out of TM12 433MHz and only have a few TM12 418MHz available.
The TM12 418MHz will be useless for current and future X-10 RF modules.

On the current version of the MS13E, both the PIR and Dusk/Dawn functions
are configurable and may be disabled if not required.
