Hi
I can second everything that Patrick says, I have been with A&A for
about 5
months now and they have been very very good. Anyone looking for an ADSL
supplier I would have a look at A&A.
Usual disclaimers apply etc

I switched from Easynet to Andrews & Arnold.
It took Easynet 4 months to action the disconnection, which is in
keeping with my overall experience of their awful customer services.
When the switch over did finally occur, A&A were able to pick up the
pieces in a matter of hours. I've not had a significant interruption
in the 12mo+ since, a stark constrast to Easynet. A&A are truly
phenomenal... I can't fathom why anyone would opt for an inferior
service for GBP 70+ /month from Easynet when better can be had from
A&A for a third the price.
Usual disclaimers apply, IME etc.
