I went from BT openworld to Nildram.  Openworld cooperated, only it was a
pig to find out my CBUK number from them.
I lost connectivity for around 4 hours, but I was out at the time.  I left
the new passwords in the router before I went to work, when I returned I
rebooted the router and had a connection again

It happened on the date they specified.
