I think this probably belongs in another thread ...
I've unpacked my server and plugged it in, and it's causing an almighty
racket downstairs.
In the room itself, I can hear the fan, but it's not that bad, but
downstairs it sounds like someone left the hoover on!!
Is there any way to cushion the PC so it doesn't transfer the vibration
to the floor? Would putting a book in each corner do?
How about two peices of wood with 4 peices of rubber sandwiched in the
corners?
