alternatively if it is in a garage where looks dont matter too much then
how
about some sort of screening over the pir, I guess pirs must have some
equivalent of focal length so a close up screen shouldnt impact on
performance, btw this is just a thought I could be talking total garbage ;)

Any of the Pro Alarm types care to comment on what they do to keep spiders
away from PIR sensors?
I seem to be getting a lot of cobwebs lately in the garage and what to
sort
it before I start getting false alarms...
