Speaker plate

I have a bundle of speaker cables (79 strand) coming out of the wall in my
living room, some are home runs to node zero for patching to the room
cables
some are local to ceiling speakers or wall mount plates. In total there are
around 20. Question is how do I terminate them in a way that will be
functional but will also be acceptable to swmbo.?

I dont really want to fix x times double plates as the corner is already
loaded with power cat5 and 5amp sockets so can anyone suggest a neat way to
do it for a total hamfisted person :) I have looked at the home made
solution posted by someone a long while back and it would be acceptable
apart from the number of sockets that need to be mounted. Any ideas would
be
welcome.

thanks
Mick
