Funny that, I got the same response for a missing HDD and when I questioned
how they could duplicate my order when at least one of the ordered items
was
showing as out of stock, I didn't get an answer. When I questioned whether
I
should report the theft of my missing HDD to my local police station or
whether they should do it resulted in a "your missing items have been
dispatched" email :-)

When it arrives OK, service is OK, but like many pile it high sell it
cheap,
the service leaves a lot to be desired when there are problems.
