In general I had no problems with my orders, so no problems with CS.
I use mostly e-buyer these days, because of prices.
Just a couple of days ago, I had a problem for the first time. The DVD
writer I ordered came damaged.
I followed carefully their procedure (all through web and e-mail
interface, no human contact) and now they say (write) that replacement
unit is shipped. So far it looks fine.
However, I heard a few people complaining, and I don't know what would
happen if there is some trickier issue that needs more explaining.
Cheers,
Nik

Sorry if this is off topic,

Has anyone had any dealings with Internet based computer shops in the
UK, which have good prices?

My current list follows :-

Scan
Ebuyer
Aria
Dabs
Komplett
Skytronik
Simply

I am basically after some upgrades for my home computer kit, and want to
get a good deal.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chad.
