Yep I was actually testing it tonight.  All channels are working,
sources appear to be switching and my MP3's are playing nicely through
it - I'm using mp3elf's with jreceiver.

I am currently using it in a rack situation as Marcus mentioned but it
should convert to a standalone unit OK as well. Source selection (1 of 4
on each zone) and volume is electronically adjustable.  I have made
provision for serial RS232/RS485 control but not actually tested that as
I use a Linet network to control it - http://www.linet-network.com.

At Frank's nagging :-) I added IR to it at the last minute.

Need to get a signal analyser from work and do a few noise checks but
essentially I was going for a middle of the road amplifier for whole
house audio rather than "Hi-Fi" quality.

Not sure where to take it after I give my second prototype to Frank -
depends on interest shown by others I guess and whether it is worth
making some more PCB's etc.  Major issue would be power supply for most
people I expect since 3 zones probably needs around 6 x 1.5 amps @ 40V.
