Re: On PC Video...

Hi Mark,

How about this: http://www.iste.com/Products/FalconQuattro/VideoStream/videostream.htm Not used personally but it was installed in a security system I was on the periphery of installing.
Don't know if they would 'fit', but have you looked at the Axis cameras...www.axis.com. Give them an IP address and you can stream straight from them (direct via modem if you want!). Not the cheapest, but they are very good and robust...probably some cheaper alternatives around by now...

Cheers,

Chris

  Subject: [ukha_d] On PC Video...

Can anyone recommend me a video input card that will:

  1: Work under Win2k
2: Support 4 different cameras at a time
3: Turn all four into video streams for the internet
4: Degrade quality gracefully to meet available bandwidth

Note that I really would prefer something that gives a video stream, rather
than something that presents a static JPG which it updates once a second.

  Regards,

  Mark
