Can anyone recommend me a video input card that will:
1: Work under Win2k
2: Support 4 different cameras at a time
3: Turn all four into video streams for the internet
4: Degrade quality gracefully to meet available bandwidth
Note that I really would prefer something that gives a video stream,
rather
than something that presents a static JPG which it updates once a
second.
