Short answer : NO (Sorry, not very helpful!)

Longer answer : Not really.

The current KAT5 units are Analogue unlike DVI which is digital. It is
probably possible to create a unit that would do what you want, in fact,
they probably already exist (at a price) or will shortly be available from
companies like Extron.

There are a couple of hurdles to me releasing a DVI unit.

1. Dont have enough time for getting the existing analogue stuff out as
quickly as I would like.

2. Dont actually own any DVI kit so I wouldnt be able to develop it at the
moment even if I did have the time !!
