ADSL Options

Hello all

I have finally decided to go for ADSL.

I am on the verge of placing my order for Home User Light 500 with Andrews
=
and
Arnold as they look like a very good company and they replied to my inquiry
within 20 minutes. There service costs =A330 per month and they also will
g=
ive my
as many ip addresses as I want. And as of yet they are not blocking any
por=
ts
or any of that other stuff that other suppliers are doing to stop P2P.

My main questions concern the networking and router setup wihtin the house.

I am planning to have the following connected to the network.

imac - Our Main computer
TiVo
Win 98 PC - Used for JReceiver
DDAR

I was intending to get the Solwise SAR 715 Router / Switch. This can be the
switch that I need and also the firewall.=20

I would like to be able to access the following from 'outside', Tivoweb
(A&=
A
will do reverse DNS, I understand that this is mroe secure) and also
possib=
le
homeseer.

So should I get a individual ip address for each machine or should I do
som=
w
form of NAT?

So basically am I going for the right options with the SAR 715, oh BTW, I
d=
o
not want to spend more than =A3130 on the router / switch.

Cheers

Ben
