Dial up and dial back help

Hi

I am on a freeserve acocunt at home that allows 24 hour access. For
various reasons I don't want my machine to be dialed up all day.

What I would like to be able to get my machine to dial up when I want,
so that I can access it from work.

My idea situation would be to call home from my mobile and hang up and
then the computer would realise that it is me and dial-up

Is this possible
