They'll co-exist... After all, you have to archive StarTrek/Buffy off the TIVO onto something.... :) LOL

Hmm, unless we can find some cheap 1TB drives somewhere and hang a Raid5 off the back of the TIVO...

Seriously, though - do we think DVD-(some recordable format) is going to beat PVR technology?
 
Personally, I think that PVR will win in the consumer space.)
 
(Jason - please comment here, particularly if you disagree - I'd far rather have someone eloquent and opinionated arguing against me than 100 yes-men !)
