For momentary switches T & E is fine, but some people may have used
three core and earth because of future enhancement, for example if you
wanted to move to AD10 units in the future then you would been the
neutral. Of course someone who had total disregard for electrical
standards could suggest that the earth in T&E might be used as a neutral
in future, but I couldn't possibly recommend that ;-)
